Keyless shaft bushings feature a simple locking design that does not require the use of keyways. This design provides a solid connection between the shaft and mounted component and reduces wear on rotating parts.
PSL-D-C Series keyless shaft bushings provide the same benefits as our standard PSL-D Series but feature electroless nickel plated components for corrosion protection. This model offers lower contact pressure at the hub and is available for smaller shaft sizes. PSL-D-C nickel-plated keyless locking devices are available in several models offering transmittable torque from 40 to 1,298 ft-lb.

PSL-D-C Keyless Shaft Bushing Features
A mechanical locking wedge is formed as the actuation screws are tightened, pressing the inner sleeve against the shaft and outer sleeve against the hub. The resulting locking connection transmits torque and resists axial forces. Additional features and benefits of PSL-D-C Posi-Lok keyless shaft bushings include:- Electroless nickel plated components
- Easy mounting – socket head cap screws tighten quickly and easily
- Creates relatively low contact pressure at the hub, allowing smaller OD hub to be used, reducing both the moment of inertia and weight
