PSL-K-F Stainless Steel Posi-Lok® Keyless Shaft Bushings
Keyless shaft bushings are motion control components that provide a secure shaft-to-hub connection and protect mating shaft components from excessive wear.
PSL-K-F Series keyless locking devices from Zero-Max provide the same benefits of our standard PSL-K Series shaft bushings, but with stainless steel components and actuation screws with specially engineered coatings for superior corrosion protection. The PSL-K-F keyless shaft bushing is ideal for food contact, pharmaceutical applications, as well as those requiring frequent wash-downs. This design supports smaller shaft sizes and is available in both metric and some inch sizes with transmittable torque ranging up to 372 ft-lb.

PSL-K-F Keyless Shaft Bushing Features
Our Posi-Lok keyless shaft bushings are designed for easy installation and feature a simple locking design that does not require the use of keyways. Tightening of actuation screws draws two opposing conical tapers against their mutual contact surfaces. This forces the inner and outer sleeves to expand against the shaft and hub, fastening components to the shaft. The resulting locking connection transmits high torque and resists axial forces.- Stainless Steel material provides corrosion protection in harsh operating environments
- Provides a solid and secure connection between the shaft and mounted component
- Small ID and OD sleeve dimensions allow a smaller hub to be mounted which reduces the moment of inertia, cost, and weight
- Socket head cap screws tighten quickly and easily
- Excellent concentricity – only minimal radial and axial runout
