SAE C mount Overhung Load Adaptors (OHLA) are compatible with SAE C motor interfaces and support heavy axial and radial loads to protect hydraulic motors and pumps from premature wear and failure. Overhung Load Adaptors also seal out dirt, grime and other contaminants, which helps reduce maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
SAE C Overhung Load Adaptors for Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Motors
Zero-Max set the industry standard for Overhung Load Adaptors and offers OHLAs in various bolt patterns and pilot diameters to fit a range of hydraulic motor and pump equipment. Our SAE “C” mount Overhung Load Adaptors feature a 2-bolt or 4-bolt mount utilizing the cast iron housing and standard SAE "C" size pilots to integrate with virtually any SAE C motor or pump. The 800 and 900 series utilize heavy-duty tapered-roller bearings (larger in 900-series) and 130,000 PSI stress proof steel shafts. The Extra-Duty 950 series feature spherical roller bearings and 8620 heat-treated shafts, standard. Model 800 SAE C Overhung Load Adaptors
Model 800 SAE C Overhung Load Adaptors accept speeds up to 2300 RPM with proper lubrication (contact factory for higher speeds) and are offered in four (4) standard bore sizing options to meet your specifications. Standard input bore options include 7/8”, 1”, and 1-1/4” keyed as well as 14-Tooth 24/24 spline. All C-mount overhung load adaptors are designed for shaft horizontal mounting and use standard grease lubrication. Features of the Model 800 SAE C OHLA include:- Accepts speeds up to 2,300 RPM without modification

- Housing allows for 2- or 4-bolt mounting
- Face or foot mounting

Model 900 SAE C Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
Model 900 SAE C mount Overhung Load Adaptors provide 2- or 4-bolt mounting and feature heavy-duty tapered roller bearings that accept speeds up to 1900 RPM with proper lubrication (contact factory for higher speeds). Available in eight (8) standard models, these SAE C OHLA can be foot-mounted or face-mounted and are available with 1.50” or 1.75” keyed input bores or with 14-Tooth 12/24 or 17-Tooth 12/24 spline inputs. Features of the Model 900 SAE C OHLA include:- Accepts speeds up to 1,900 RPM without modification
- Larger heavy-duty tapered roller bearings
- Housing allows for 2- or 4-bolt mounting
- Face or foot mounting

Model 950 SAE C Mount Overhung Load Adaptors
Available in two (2) standard models featuring an SAE C 2-bolt or 4-bolt mount and spherical roller bearings. These units feature an extended housing for additional operating life, a double primary lip shaft seal, and heat-treated shaft for extreme applications. Standard input bores include a 14-Tooth (16/32) and 17-Tooth (16/32) spline. Additional features of the Model 950 SAE C OHLA include:
- Accepts speeds up to 1900 RPM without modification
- Heavy Duty Spherical roller bearings
- Heat-treated shaft with double primary lip shaft seal
