4-bolt mount overhung load adaptors absorb stress to help prevent premature motor or pump failure caused by axial or radial overhung loads on motor pumps and shafts. Non-standard overhung load adaptors are designed to match non-SAE size motors. They do not have an SAE size designation but provide the same performance features as SAE model 4 bolt mount overhung load adaptors.

Non-SAE overhung load adaptors from Zero-Max feature 4-bolt mounting input that accommodates same loads as the Model 200 SAE A mount for applications with motor or pump shafts up to 1" diameter. 4 bolt mount overhung load adaptors provide a solid, permanent mounting surface and can be face-mounted or foot-mounted.Additional features of our non-standard overhung load adapters include:
- Deep-grooved ball bearings
- Accepts speeds up to 3800 RPM with proper lubrication (contact factory for higher speeds)
- Supports heavy axial and radial loads

Model 410 Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor
Feature non-SAE 4-bolt horizonal shaft mounting and accept speeds up to 3800 RPM. They are designed to fit a popular LSHT Geroler motor and have a 1144 stress proof steel shaft. Additional features include:- Deep groove ball bearings
- Input bore diameter and depth: 1” keyed - bore depth is 2.18"
- Output shaft diameter: 1”
- Output shaft keyway: 1/4” x 1/8”
Model 410F Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor
Non-SAE 4-bolt overhung load adaptor designed to fit a popular LSHT Geroler motor. Accepts speeds up to 3800 RPM and features standard horizontal mounting. Sizing features are as follows:- Deep groove ball bearings
- Input bore diameter and depth: 1” through-bore
- Output shaft diameter: 1" through-bore
- Output shaft keyway: 1/4" x 1/8" keyway the entire length of the bore
Model 412k Non-SAE Overhung Load Adaptor
Non-SAE 4-bolt mount overhung load adaptor that accepts speeds up to 3800 RPM and is designed to fit the popular LSHT Geroler motor. This unit is configured for horizontal mounting, features 130,000 PSI stress proof shafts, and comes with the following sizing:- Input Bore Diameter and Depth: 1" keyed - bore depth is 2.31"
- Output Shaft Diameter:1-1/4"
- Output Shaft Keyway: 1/4" x 1/8" keyway
